    I've downloaded the pdf twice already and it keeps losing pages; certain sections go blank on me. I'm using the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows 10.

    While its basic stuff I find it helpful and would also like a step-by-step guide for beginning developers.

    Finally, is there not a way to search these Forums?
