Genesis Featured Posts Widget– Not showing Post Title?

I want to use the Genesis Featured Posts widget in my sidebar-- however, it is not displaying post titles, even though I have it checked to show post title-- any idea why this isn't working?

In your stylesheet.css, remove the display:none on line 108

.page .entry-title {
display: none;
}

If you're attempting to NOT have page titles show on individual pages, you might consider the plugin Genesis Title Toggle - it allows you to choose to display/not display the site titles on the pages themselves per page... and also to choose a default setting sitewide.

Additionally, you can remove that CSS entirely, and add this to the functions.php of your child theme:

//* Remove title from posts and pages.
remove_action( 'genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_do_post_title' );

I'm not sure if that will interfere with the plugin or not, but you can try it out.
