    I am using the widget Genesis Featured Posts on a Lifestyle Pro website. The front end widget doesn't respect the settings in the back of the widget. If you tell it to show one post, it shows four. If you set it to exceprt 100 words it shows 3x that. There are other issues. It is simply bugged.

    Did you hit "Save" each time after updating the widget settings? Did you deactivate all plugins to rule out a plugin conflict?

    It's kind of hard to help you with no link to your site, no idea what your widget settings are, etc. I use this widget on 50+ sites with no problem.

    Do you have any sticky posts that might interfere with the number of posts showing? That was one of my problems.
