I have 2 sites, live site and test site (subdomain). The test site is a recent backup of the live site. Upgraded both to WP 3.9.1 and Genesis 2.1.2. On the test site the Genesis icon shows next to Genesis on the WP Admin Dashboard, but is missing on the live site. The other icons that typically show in the WP dashboard are still there on both sites.

The dashicon is showing up in Chrome for the live site, in FF instead of the G, it's showing Ascii characters and in IE not showing anything at all, just a blank space. No problems with the test site.

Any ideas on why the Genesis dashicon is missing in FF and IE is welcomed.
    Thanks!

Have you submitted a help ticket to StudioPress?

Kelly, I did that as well. Hopefully, either someone in the community with more knowledge than I will reply here and/or from Studiopress. I think it's a call to the font file that is causing the issue, but I am not sure where to find this call.
