The issue you are experiencing has nothing to do with Genesis column classes. The issue is that the images you are using as placeholders have a hardcoded fixed width that is wider than the mobile screen.
When you examine your site in the browser inspection tool, you can see that the column classes have the correct width for the screen and that the YouTube insertions are overflowing the width. The YouTube videos are too wide.

I changed the youtube sizes now. The page still does not fit into the mobile screen.
What might be still wrong?

Actually the issue was self-inflicted. I had changed a couple of things in the CSS, which resulted in the page becoming non-responsive.
I overwrote the CSS with the original now, and the issue is solved.
