I work as support for a client who had their site made using a purpose-built child-theme of Genesis by a different agency.

There's a section in the admin area for 'Manual' which is supposed to house Documentation and tutorial videos for using the site.

I get a message about incorrect user ID or invalid serial numbers when I try to access these, but the client says they were previously able to use them.

I'm not even 100% sure this is part of the standard Genesis framework, as the only thing I've been able to find (admittedly I didn't search for too long) on it is this:

    https://store.carriedils.com/activating-your-theme-license/

should I still have access to these? Can I renew my license? If I do, how to I get access to these sections again?

Sorry about the ambiguity but like I said, I didn't build it and I'm not familiar with Genesis either.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    briainod

Sounds like its added using a 3rd party plugin or possibly a web host. Check your plugins page.

Utility Pro is not a Studio Press theme. It is sold by Carrie Dills. I suggest you reach out to her. https://carriedils.com/
