At the bottom of the archive page there are two sets of arrows. How do I delete one set?

Also at the bottom of each full post page, the word EVOKE centered. Why is this automatically adding this?

Hi,

I only see one set of previous and next buttons.
The Evoke text is coming from the Author box.
