    Hello. Please can you tell me how can I fully remove the fonts.googleaplis.com reference in my sites?

    I have commented this code in metro-pro/functions.php:

    //* Enqueue Google fonts
    //add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'metro_google_fonts' );
    //function metro_google_fonts() {
    //      wp_enqueue_style( 'google-font', '//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Oswald:400', array(), CHILD_THEME_VERSION );
    //}

    But I still have this in my site:

    <link rel='stylesheet' id='open-sans-css' href='//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans%3A300italic%2C400italic%2C600italic%2C300%2C400%2C600&subset=latin%2Clatin-ext' type='text/css' media='all' />

    Genesis does not add it - WordPress does 🙂

    Logout of the site and then see the source and it should be gone (basically this is the font that the WordPress dashboard (and the amin toolbar at the top) use
