I used the instructions for "Option 6" in this post: http://keypresswp.com/getting-your-head-around-header-images/

I now have responsive headers on both of my sites: http://www.legacyhud.com

However, after I uploaded the logo.png file per the instructions, it shows up in Firefox but not Chrome nor Safari (don't have IE installed on Mac, so didn't check that one). So while I can see it on Firefox, other people cannot using alternate browsers.
