Full width header image

Hello. It seems like after every new update some part of the website stop working. Now I'm having issues with the header image. Is supposed to be full width but it's not working anymore. Do you have any suggestion on how I can fix this?

PS.
I temporarily fixed the issue by changing the min-height of the Header image to a size bigger than the actual image but not sure this is the proper way to do it.

I fixed it but it's not the proper way to do it. Are you aware of any code that will add a full width header?

Still learning how CSS works. At the moment I'm trying to make a background image cover the entire header without any gaps on the top/right/left sides.

I have tried several other options and I can't seem to get this image to move.

(i.e adding in html but I want to keep that separate from that file. I have also tried making the margins 0)
