    Hello Forum,

    Im using the Magazine Pro theme for my blog and have recently decided to go from a "Content/Sidebar" default layout to a "Full Width Content" layout on the home page. I make this change in the customize section but it will not change on my blog for some reason.

    I reset my browser and tried making the change several time but no luck.

    it does seem to change to full width on the blog page but not on the widgetized home page

    Anyone have any ideas what may be happening?

    I'm really kind of confused about what my Static Front Page setting should be in the customize section, my ultimate goal is to have a full width widgetized home page and then a "Content/Sidebar" layout on the blog page and catagory blog pages.

    I appreciate any assistance

    Thanks

    The default settings display posts on the front page unless your widgets are populated.

    You can add code to your front-page.php file to change the layout

    add_filter( 'genesis_pre_get_option_site_layout', '__genesis_return_full_width_content' );
