Hi,
Per freelance theme instructions i created page for Home Top widget and also created page for Home Bottom widget.
Now I am stock and dont know how to make it into one whole homepage.

Looks like you have set a static Page to be your site's front page. Go to Settings > Reading and set the front page to display your latest posts. The sidebars with their widgets will then appear.
