    I'm using the outreach pro theme on my church's website. I'm can't seem to figure out how to get the background image to wrap all the way down to the sides of the footer widgets. Right now the wood background stops right when the footer begins.

    I've set the background to transparent on the footer widgets but then the text area becomes transparent as well.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    This will probably get you closer.

    
.footer-widgets {background-color: transparent;}
.footer-widgets .wrap {background-color: #333;}

    Thanks Chris. That code sent me down the right rabbit hole and finally figuring out a couple of other things that fixed it.
