    I am trying to use:

    //* Remove the site description
    remove_action( 'genesis_site_description', 'genesis_seo_site_description' );

    to remove the site description and it's not working.

    I have the latest version of Genesis and I'm using Dynamik Web builder.

    Please ask the Dynamik Web builder forum.

    The code works in any template file or functions file of any StudioPress child theme.

    Is there a free child theme for Genesis? I want to switch to a generic child theme in cases like this to see if DWB is causing problems like this.

    What's weird is that the code for remove the title itself and modifying the title both work, it's only the SEO description that's not working.

    Yes, the Genesis Sample child theme is an excellent free theme by StudioPress.
