You have all the elements for successful conversion optimization except for a prominently displayed phone number.

I would also use an online chat client rather than subscribe to notifications. Chat clients are more effective. I receive 10 or more leads a week through mine. Check out ConvertFox. It's a good one.

Site speed is a good place to start. I actually run mine from a vps with ssd and 2gb ram.
I am only going to run 2 wordpress sites on the server.
I'm still tweaking apache and looking into optimizing MariDB. Other than that it's the usual caching and CDN needed to speed things up more.
