Is there an easy trick to get the Genesis featured post widget to display 3 posts horizontally instead of vertically? My goal is to have one row with three posts showing, then on the next row have a different Featured post widget that displays 3 posts horizontally, and so on....

You can register new sidebars for the second row. Look at your code. Copy the code for the widget area you already have in place. Paste it below it, rename the widget areas - give them new names. Find this code in the home, functions and css. If you need more help, I used to provide support for Eight Crazy and very familiar with the theme. You can contact me on my website.

Eh, I'm surprised this isn't a built in feature. Just my .02.

@vitamin This thread is two years old. Did you have a specific question and site design to address?
(Please describe what 'feature' seems to be lacking.)

Not sure how else it can be said...and age of post doesn't seem relevant.

I wanted to display recent posts/page snippets horizontally and centered...not vertically (just as original poster was asking). I was able to use @Genesis_Developers plugin to get the job done with ease.

Like I said, surprised the horizontal display wasn't built in.

    Thanks anyway...have a good one.
