hello guys, is there a way to use the featured posts widgets on ‘pages’? My old theme use to allow that, and now I have a dozen black pages like this recipes page http://www.chasingthedonkey.com/croatian-cooking-recipes/

Please clarify your question.

Do you want to create a widget area in a template file like front-page.php and populate it with the Genesis featured posts widget?
