Anyone know of a trick to get the 'Featured Posts' widget to display the posts 3 in a horizontal  row (i.e. not stacked vertically)?  The caveat is that I'm using the Executive Theme and need the boxes to remain responsive in nature.   Thus, when the page width shrinks, the featured posts then snap to stack vertically.

    In the stylesheet, I changed:

.home-middle .widget, .home-top .widget to "width: 100%;"   and....

executive-home .featuredpage .page, .executive-home .featuredpost .post to "width: 33%;"

This looks good in full-screen width but doesn't snap to vertical when the page width shrinks to mobile.

Essentially, I want the exact same functionality of the Featured Page widget(s) in the Executive Theme but want to feature posts instead.

I need to see the site to be able to help you with the code. You can turn it on and I can take a look or you can email me on my website and I can try to assist you offline of SP.

One solution I found that offers the responsive functionality I need is to use the Image Widget plugin.  Similar to what's been included here:

Until someone develops a Featured Post widget that functions in the same way as the Featured Page widget, that's the best work-around I've found so far.

It's not the actual widget that "floats" it's the CSS controling the DIVs that the Widgets sit it. Each them is different. Each area is coded differently. On the example you provided they coded the CSS to float left. Again, if I could see your website I could tell you what to do.

Can I get in on this? I saw this theme (http://demo.mythemeshop.com/s/?theme=Glamour) and like how the "featured posts" sits horizontally. How do I do that in Genesis using the BlogNews child theme? This what I have until I figure it out -> http://www.LJSkool.com. Thank you!
