I am using the Associate Theme on a client website. The Genesis Responsive Slider is used to display five most recent posts using the featured image for the photograph.

For some reason, when I rotate a photo via the WordPress dashboard, and then assign that photo as the featured image, the wrong image is being displayed via the plugin. The proper image thumbnail is shown in the featured image section of the post edit, but the image displayed is the old version prior to rotating. The only workaround I have found is to download the image that shows in the featured image area of the dashboard post edit and then re-upload that photo and re-assign it as the featured image.

Obviously, this is not as intended. Any idea how to resolve this issue?

    Thanks from Rochester, Michigan.

When you make the update to the featured image in the post, do you save your changes?
