Hi. Just curious, what is your preferred method for editing/creating a child theme? Trial and error within the WordPress editor or do you use a software like dreamweaver or notepad ++

I've used Dreamweaver for creating static websites for years, but am new to editing WordPress themes.

    Thank you,

    Kristie

I use TextPad. I've never had any issues with it.

I've used Coda for years. I love it.

I'm new to WordPress but have also used Dreamweaver for years. Right now I am enjoying the "Find and Replace" feature for finding code quickly. There are also lines assigned to the code and "Go to" search for lines of code.
