Currently I am using the NextGen Gallery plugin and I am learning that it is bogging down my site. I want multiple gallery pages showing different pics my readers send me. Whats a simple option for a fast, non memory burning gallery? Is the easiest option to just create post/pages for each gallery and insert each pic? Then use a simple lightbox as a viewer?

I think the native gallery is the most efficient.

Then you could use a lightbox plugin or install fancybox manually

I don't have a native gallery, I don't think. Have never seen one or the option.

Oh duh, yes I do. I was thinking it was shown somewhere else and just had a lightbulb go off.
