    Hi,

    I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have set the Executive Pro theme to show content limit and have been able to change the excerpt size but not change the [...] to Continue Reading and be an actual link.

    I added the code to the functions.php file recommended here:

    Post Excerpts

    But that has not changed anything. Anything else I can try?

    Do you have any code in functions.php or a excerpts plugin that could be causing this?

    Adding the SP code snippet that you linked is working as expected.

    Thanks! I finally figured it out. I didn't read the instructions well enough. I was using the code for showing excerpt using the content limit setting instead of using the code for the more tag. Now it is working the way I needed to.
