    I'm using the Executive Pro child theme and I'd like to set an image logo but also show the site description beneath it. I'd like the image logo to link to the homepage, and the site description to link to another site. Please let me know how I can accomplish this. Thanks for any help or guidance!

    Hi vanessa, in order to link the site description to a different url than the logo, I beleive you will need to create a custom header. The following code would be a starting point, in your functions.php...

    remove_action('genesis_header', 'genesis_do_header'');
    add_action('genesis_header', 'customHeader');
    function customHeader(){
      //custom header here
    }

    The best answer here should help you http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18828500/customize-genesis-header
