I'm tweaking the primary navigation menu of my website to have the secondary (or drop down) menu display horizontally insteady of vertically, like this one: https://www.ville.sherbrooke.qc.ca/en/

I've been toying with the CSS, but I can't get it to display correctly. Mind you, my CSS skills are less than intermediate. Are there any kits or coding sites that provide out-of-the-box navigation styling?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
