This is a clean installation in a Network enabled environment. The Primary Navigation is pushed below the header not along side like the demo.

    How can I correct his??

    Thanks in advance.

Ok I found a solution, using the header right widget with a custom menu.

But the other Nav Bar is still there. How can I remove this?

I would think it would go away when the header right widget is used with navigation.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Several ways to do this but you can deselect the menu from your menu settings so no Primary or Secondary menu is selected

Keep in mind which menu you are using in the header right widget.

You can unregister one or both menu's using code at the end of your child themes functions.php file

Thank you. I figured out I excluded it from the standard menu location by selecting the blank in the menu drop down.
