    Greetings!

    I'm developing locally a website, but I'm trying to change background color and text (also title text in a widget).
    I made it for background, but it doesn't work for text!

    Do you know how to change font color for widget areas (like Home-Top and Widget Middle) both for title and text, using Executive Child theme?

    Thanks in advance

    In order to change the text color, you need to change the "color" property in the CSS file.

    For example, to make the Home Top text white, the CSS would be something like:

    .home-top { color: #fff; }

    To change the text color for the heading titles, it would be:

    .home-top h4 { color: #fff; }

    I hope that helps.

    I use TypeKit fonts.. a much better selection than Google fonts, and you can specify font, color, size, etc, without going into the css file, but straight from the plug-in..
    For example..
    h1 { font-family: "lemonde-journal"; font-size: 45 px; color: 006699; font-weight: 300}
