I currently have the following in Simple Edits under Post Meta:

    [post_date before="geplaatst op "][post_tags before=" in: "] [post_categories before="en "] [post_edit] [post_comments]

    Normally this displays:
geplaatst op 1-4-2014 in: DRINKS en RECIPES, FOOD, UNCATEGORIZED

I would like it to ignore the 'uncategorized' category. So if a post has three categories, one of which is uncategorized, it shows:
geplaatst op 1-4-2014 in: DRINKS en RECIPES, FOOD

But if uncategorized was the only category, it would also hide the 'en' appendix.

You can actually get rid of the Uncategorized category completely by setting a new default post category in Settings > Writing. Once you've set a new one, you can go to Posts > Categories and delete Uncategorized.

Yeah but that's not the point. I want the category uncategorized because let's face it; some posts are uncategorizable. I want to be able to hide the category Uncategorized from the public (at léast in the post-meta).
