    Hi: I would like to change the color of the line that falls under the navigation on the Essence Pro theme. I believe it has the ::after tag.
    Do you have the CSS to change the color?
    The website is currently in development.

    The after pseudo element has nothing to do with the lines. The line under the navigation is controlled by these 2 blocks in your style sheet:

    .nav-primary .wrap {
        border-bottom: 1px solid rgba(255,255,255,0.25);
    }

    .nav-primary .genesis-nav-menu > .menu-item > a:focus, .nav-primary .genesis-nav-menu > .menu-item > a:hover, .nav-primary .genesis-nav-menu > .menu-item.current-menu-item > a {
        border-bottom-color: #fff;
    }

    The top block is the full width line that runs under the menu.

    The second block is the highlight line under the active menu item.
