Anyone having this issue? I just switched my site over to Essence Pro, and it appears any posts I've edited or changed the featured image are not showing up on social media when hitting the share button or sharing the link (particularly on FB). I've done the debugging, regenerated thumbnails, flushed the caches, and still it either picks up another photo from the page or shows nothing.

The theme has nothing to do with this. Facebook uses open graph tags to pick up and display images. Open graph tags are generally generated by SEO plugins or social media sharing plugins. See this for more details: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-facebook-incorrect-thumbnail-issue-in-wordpress/

Hi Victor, yes I did all of the steps, however certain posts are still pulling other photos versus the featured image. This only started happening when I switched themes. I have Yoast installed, and did the debug on FB. Weird.

@emotpix2 I see Elementor on that website. You might have a conflict with that. You should probably try to disable that or at least check settings in Elementor to see if it's presenting an issue.
