I'm swapping a theme for a client to "Essence Pro", and I'm seeing duplicate mobile (Offsite) menus appear on mobile view.
Thanks in advance!
Off hand, it appears that the off screen menu you have in header-right is somehow getting combined with the primary nav. Not sure how that's happening. I've never seen this before with a Studio Press theme.
I suggest removing the off-screen menu to see if it makes a difference.
If that doesn't work, enable WordPress debug and run through plugin troubleshooting steps.
If you are using a page builder, deactivate it. It may be interfering with the theme.
Thanks Victor...I should read the manual!
It says in the theme set up...
"Additionally, if you’re using both the Header Menu and Off Screen Menu, the menus in those locations will be combined into one menu for mobile display."
which I find counter intuitive - but that explains it!
The same thing happens to me. The menu is duplicated and the search engine is not visible.
There was never a problem of duplication of the menu, but now this is happening in other templates on the mobile. Example: Agency Pro
I have used this template for many years without any problem. This must have happened in a genesis update.
Look at this
I am having this problem too and I don't use a pagebuilder.
