    Hi,

    I'm using the essence pro theme and at several pages I would like to show the content in a wider block (in the current layout there is a lot of white space on the left and right side). I also made a new page template in which I do some other settings.

    (actually, I want the content at the width like the 'block' layout, but then with just 1 column)

    So i'm not sure which code I have to use to get this.

    It looks like the site container ("site-inner") is wide enough (max-width: 1200px), but the full-width content area has a narrow width. Try making the content areas wider, like this:

    ORIGINAL CODE

    .full-width-content .content {
        float: none;
        margin: 0 auto;
        max-width: 660px;
    }

    .content {
        background-color: transparent;
        float: right;
        width: 660px;
    }

    MODIFIED CODE

    .full-width-content .content {
        float: none;
        margin: 0 auto;
        max-width: 960px;
    }

    .content {
        background-color: transparent;
        float: right;
        width: 960px;
    }
