    I'm trying to implement some changes to my header using this guide http://wpsites.net/web-design/customize-header-logo-banner-images-in-metro-theme/.

    As soon as I make any change to this

    //* Add support for custom header
    add_theme_support( 'custom-header', array(
    	'width'           => 270,
    	'height'          => 80,
    	'header-selector' => '.site-title a',
    	'header-text'     => false
    ) );

    in my child theme functions.php my header logo disappears from my site and I get the following message in the error log:

    [10-Feb-2015 19:37:53 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare custom_header() (previously declared in /home2/jcarlson/public_html/staging/wp-content/themes/metro-pro/functions.php:132) in /home2/jcarlson/public_html/staging/wp-content/themes/metro-pro/functions.php on line 132

    Anyone know why this is happening? I can't find custom_header() anywhere else in the file.

    Hi there, I responded in the Facebook group also. I would recommend comparing your theme's functions.php file to the one that came in the theme zip file to see if there are any discrepancies that would explain the error. You can use an online tool like diffchecker.com

    I'm just trying to change the header so that I can insert a different size logo than the default size, which is too small.

    I've also made the following CSS edits to the header:

    /*Header Style Edits*/.header-widget-area .widget img {height: 100%;}

    .header-widget-area .widget {
    margin-bottom: 10px;

    }

    .site-header .widget-area {

    float: right;
    width: 728px;}

    .title-area {

    float: left;
    padding: 0;
    width: 340px;
    height: 100px;
    }
