Enterprise Pro- Align Header Image with Top Right Widget

Hello,

I've searched the forums for a couple of days, but haven't found a solution to my issue. Using Enterprise Pro, I need to have the left header image aligned with the top right widget so they fall on the same line. I've messed around with every CSS line that has anything to do with the header, and can't find the calls that adjust the height/padding/margins of that header image.

I also need to remove as much space as possible between the Header image/top right widget and the nav bar, once I've got the header positioning sorted. I'm also open to suggestions if there's an easier or faster way to accomplish what I'm trying to do (like make the image header the length of the current header plus the right widget, then remove the right widget).
