eleven40 Pro Theme links active link color not turning red

Hi,
We have a site located here at: http://uofu.yogaassets.com/.

There is one small issue i.e. we need our active links to turn red but they are not. We have tried every possible setting for this but unable to get the one.

Please any suggestion or help would be highly appreciated. It seems a css need change but we do not find the particular element with which we will put our css.

By "active links" you mean all hyperlinks or nav bar menu item link when on that page?

Hpyerlinks only, not nav bar items

1. rollover/hover color: 3b3d3b
2. active hyperlink color: b80e28

We are not getting the exact element we need to put the attributes to. The main one we are struggling with is of active hyperlink color.

Add this CSS at the end of child theme's style.css:

a, .textwidget a, #menu-secondary-sidebar-menu li > a {
    color: #B80E28;
}

a:hover, .textwidget a:hover {
    color: #3b3d3b;
}

Hello Sri,
Thanks for the help but we have one issue right now i.e. all the links have become color red. We only want active links to be red for example this page http://uofu.yogaassets.com/?page_id=150 the left side "What Our Students Are Saying" should be red when we are on that page as it is active one but if we are on home page then the left side link "What Our Students Are Saying" should not be red until we are on that page.

Please help and suggest.

with

#menu-secondary-sidebar-menu li.current_page_item > a {
    color: #B80E28;
}
