Eleven40 Pro black bar colour change

Just wondering if there's a way to change the colour of the black bar up the top of the theme? https://bushcraftsurvivalaustralia.com.au/test/

Also the text colour for the header that says Outdoor Bushcaft Survival School? I suspect it might be in the css style sheet but not sure.

Or perhaps the background on the left and right sidebars? I couldn't see any colour options other than the default colour scheme for the theme.
