Memberthe site is: http://www.top10pickuplines.com
I want the posts to show up on the front page full width of the second column, which I've achieved.
The problem is that the posts are just excerpts not the full text.
The other problem is that the posts have all their formatting removed. I can't see the youtube video and the top 10 pick up line list is not showing up in bullet points as I would like it to.What I've done:
Settings:Reading: chosed static page: Front page selected the blog page I created: selected "Full Text"
Genesis:Theme settings: blog page template: chose "All Categories": number of posts to show 999My current clue I'm going to look at: //* The blog page loop logic is located in lib/structure/loops.php

ParticipantAre you referring to the front page of your site or a custom blog page?
Formatting is removed from excerpts however you can add it back.
You can remove the home.php file and create a front-page.php file using this code.
I would leave the Reading settings as they are by default.

MemberI'm referring to both I guess. The front page has the static page of the blog page as the front page.
This doesn't have to be my solution. I just need the posts to line up on the front page, with full content, no stripping
I can delete the home.php, but how will the theme know to take it's cue from the "front-page.php" I'll create?

MemberThanks, braddalton, I really appreciate your help. I deleted the home.php file and uploaded the front-page.php file I created in notepad, saved and uploaded to the eleven40 theme folder where the home.php file was. But the double column is still showing up with excerpts. I just want the full posts one after another going down the front page.
Still looking for a solution. I tried one plugin that said that I could put posts onto a page, but that didn't work. It only showed the headers linked to the posts.
Back to the old drawing board.

MemberIt looks like I've got the posts stacked correctly, and all the text is coming through. But they are still acting like excerpts. The youtube video isn't showing up and the links and bullets points aren't coming through.
Everything is getting stripped, except for the lady pic for some reason??

MemberI'm having success. Chose Static page, "welcome page I created" Installed Add Posts to Pages by By Arsham Mirshah.
Entered this code into the page: [add_posts show=4 full=true img=true h=5]
Now the only problem is the youtube video isn't showing up.
Back to the drawing board!
