    Hi Guys,

    I'm using the Eleven 40 Pro theme and I've set it up as per the instuctions in the download area. The featured images are showing on the homepage on my site but on the demo site they don't.
    Is there any way to turn them off?

    Hi,
    I don't have Eleven40, but I have something you can try. There are various Genesis menu settings for showing Archives, and this can related to the Featured Images in various contexts.

    But if the home featured items are fed by a widget, I'd bet it can be handled by going to Appearance... Widgets, and open up whatever widget does that home display. Chances are it will have a setting which shows or hides the Featured Image.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for replying.

    Unfortunately, the new Eleven 40 theme doesn't use any widgets for the homepage. There are no options for homepage widgets.
    I have set up my theme exactly as the instructions included with the theme and the checkbox for show featured images is not selected.

    In the demo, it shows the first post with an image, but the rest are without featured images even though there is an image when you open the post.

    I've tried everything, but without success. I think I might have to submit a ticket.

    Ah, I was afraid of that. One quick thing you can try, and if it's no good, definitely try official support.

    Genesis.... Theme Settings.... and scroll down a bit until you see Content Archives. If "Include featured Image" is checked, you could try un-checking that, and save.

    Hi David,

    I contacted support and was told I needed to change the "Genesis Grid Loop"; after trying various options, I got it to not show the featured image.

    Glad it's sorted, Neil.

    Sounds like they need some additional instructions in there.
