    I am building a website for a school and the header is all the way to the left and the header text is not going away even though I unchecked the box in two different places. Here is the link to the test site: http://test1.out-gro.com/
    I looked at the CSS but I could not find the reason for this. Can anyone help?
    Thanks so much, Hannah

    Just to confirm, you uploaded the header image via Appearance > Header, correct?

    Let's start here - look for this in your style sheet:

    .header-image #title a {
        background: url("images/logo.png") no-repeat scroll left center rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
    }

    Remove it or comment it out.

    Then if you look at your header - http://test1.out-gro.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/STAlogo.png - your logo is too far over to the left. You should modify your graphic image to move it over. You don't want to shift the header CSS - just re-create/modify your image to scootch the logo over.

    I am not sure that will fix it because the entire image needs to shift to the right. I think the hook is wrong some how...

    Then you could add say a 30px left margin to this:

    #header {
        background-color: #FFFFFF !important;
        background-position: center top !important;
        border-top: 4px solid #EEEEEE;
        margin: 0 auto;
        min-height: 120px;
        width: 100%;
    }
