Education Pro – Post Comment submisson going to 404 error page

Genesis vs 2.3.1
Education Pro vs 3.0.0

The theme has been customized, comments were working previously after customizations, I'm not certain of exactly when they stopped functioning properly. I've checked all plugins, even deleting the newest one that was added to test if there was a conflict but I'm still having an issue that prevents comments submitting once the post comments button is clicked.

Genesis Theme Settings and WP Dashboard>Settings>Discussion are both setup to allow comments on posts (without requiring registration or login) but clicking the "Post Comment" button to submit sends you to 404 error page not found.

I would try saving permalinks, although I suspect that might not be the problem in this case. You also have a jQuery error generated from a webinar plugin that could be contributing to the problem. It seems to be controlling form submissions.

Thanks Victor for your help. Unfortunately it wasn't the webinar plugin - I deleted that as it was a holdover from a previous iteration of the website and client says they no longer use it. I also deactivated and deleted our current forms plugin but that didn't fix it either.

I use a custom permalink structure /%post_id%/%postname%/ and have tried that with and without the trailing "/" neither have helped.

I'm really just putting this here so that anyone else coming along later may find it helpful:
I got onto the hosting provider and they tell me this issue is being caused by a database error in the WPIncludes folder:
WP includes>template loader>redirect
DB error table 404 redirect is throwing this error

specific function is
call_user_func_array

I'm going to submit a support ticket if I get a fix I will update this thread.
