I would like to change the menu on my Test Site to a drop down menu on smaller screens.

I found this tutorial CSS: Responsive Navigation Menu

Any tips on how to implement would be very helpful.

Should be just a matter of putting in the CSS rules.

I, too, am trying to do this but I'm trying to convert an existing theme (Corporate) which was not designed to be mobile responsive and I ran across this: http://www.studiopress.com/support/showthread.php?p=614736

Did this functionality ever get implemented in Genesis?
