    The DOCTYPE declaration is being stripped out of all page displays.

    As a result, IE9 and below load in quirks mode and layout looks very broken. If I change the document mode fro quirks to IE9, site looks perfect. I tried to deactivate all plugins with no luck. I am a beginner and have no idea how to solve this. Please, help!

    I use an HTML5 template (Centric Pro).
