Do you think this would be easy to replicate

Hello;

I work for real estate related company and I am a self taught webmaster (this is why I ask so many pesty questions) so I am a novice. I have a challenge in that one of my customers who I am building a free website for wants me to recreate one of these websites. I was thinking that this one http://karelcosta.com/ was really cool, Do you think this would be easy to reproduce? I thought this would be easy in that I take his picture and use it as part of the home-top? http://janetdebuskhensley.com/ Do you think any of these others would be easy to reproduce and which theme would you recomend that I use? http://www.hiltonheadluxuryhomes.com/ http://coastalluxuryliving.com/

Which one do you think would be the easiest to reproduce with a studiopress theme?

I found one that I tweaked and currently working on here it is http://homesbymenefee.com I am going to use the Genesis Extender to add the agents picture to the home-top and hang over the slider...
