    I am editing corporate Pro and do not want to have it pull the featured image from the latest post and then use it as the hero image. Which is the default behaviour.

    I found this code which stops this happening for single posts

    In includes/helpers.php

    $url = get_the_post_thumbnail_url( $id, 'slider' );

    if ( ! $url || is_singular( 'post' ) ) {

    $url = get_header_image();

    }

    I also want this to affect category pages as well

    So need to find the code for that as well ?

    This is it pulling the featured image from the last post which is not good

    This is it working for a single post with the code above

    What is Ansible Software?

    If there is no featured image it will use the default image

    I want it to use the default image even when there is a featured image specified

    Thanks

    I have tried WP Display Header, which looks like it would do the job, but it doesn't work on Corporate Pro.

    I have the same question as Rogerp - I do want my featured image but I want it above the post and not in the header space. I want my site header in the header space.
    Anybody?
