    I'm using the Outreach Pro theme for a client site. Instead of the Genesis Responsive Slider in the Home Top widget, I'm using the Genesis Featured Posts widget based on the client's needs. All good.

    The problem is that I'd prefer to display the Featured Posts output as a Grid Loop. It works like a charm with the category archives, etc, as expected, given my choices in the Grid Loop admin panel. But the Featured Posts widget is unaffected by the Grid Loop plugin.

    I looked at Bill Erickson's documentation and even tried his code for custom displays, but no luck. Thoughts?
