    Hello,
My client, who is also on Genesis (Lifestyle theme) recently started getting a 404 page error when she clicks on the Approve comment link in the WP email she received.

Everything is up to date and I've re-saved (without changing anything) the permalinks, which didn't fix the problem.

    Please advise.
    Thank you,
    Carole

What email program is the client using? The approve comment link once clicked should head over the the comment itself for review and approval. That's a WordPress function and not related to the theme or email that's generated.

She's using G-Suite, which is new so now instead of her business email being directed through her host (Bluehost), it's directed through G-Suite. Any idea how I would direct her regarding her email settings? The link goes to the 404 error page instead of the comment itself, as I mentioned.

    Thanks,
    Carole

You should check that permalink structure first in the email itself because that will link inside her dashboard and it should prompt her to log in if she's not logged in to the dashboard. So start by looking at the permalink.
