I was importing the XML file to see the demo setup but it appears there are no images with the download? There are links to an upload/2012/** file but there is no upload file included with the download. Am I missing something?

There's no actual images in a file however the links to the images should be imported into WordPress of you check the box when importing the XML file.

weird. for some reason that didn't happen. I did the import twice and checked the box. could it have been because I had started uploading my own images already and created a slider? I just wanted to see how the "official" version would have been created.
