http://www.lifelineboutique.com (it is under construction), I can give access if required, but this might be a obvious fix that I am not aware of.
I am using a different bg-header.jpg image and it is actually slimmer (albeit slightly longer). It views fine until you collapse the window smaller and then the disappears altogether. It is confusing because I am aware that the theme is likely written for exactly a particular size bg-header.jpg and I can't see why a thinner one would break the format when collapsed.
I can't find any reference to changing the size of it in the functions.php or style.css. I tried making the background color of the wrap black (so if the image won't show at least the background would be black, but realize the wrap area is much longer than the image.
