Hello, I'm trying to build a website, that has a form, database, and member login.

where once the member logs in, they arrive at their form. the form is the same for everyone, but their info is different, and private, where only that particular member can see his info..

any ideas, anyone ? Is there a member plugin or database plugin that does this ?

You do not need a database plugin. Are you trying to create a member-based website where they have a page with say profile information? Or do you plan on having a "form?"
