I'd like to make the following changes to this site - http://www.c-wellpics.com/gene

    1. I'd like to change the mouse over colors for m buttons in my pricing tables.
    2. I'd like to make the some of my font black and some dark blue rather than all at the bottom blue
    3. Would also like to adjust the shadow affect in the top image (that's behind the text) looks like a plant and a bowl with powder.

    Are these changes possible?

Yes they are all possible, but you will need a web inspector to find the element you wish to change in the css and then modify it accordingly.
