I'd like to customize the messaging and placement of the Pages 1, 2, 3 that are added to the very end of a post when I use the <!--nextpage--> code to break a long post into two. I know how to change the style via css and I've done that. What I'd like to do is make it say something like Continue Reading this Post! Pages 1, 2, 3... Something to make it obvious that the pagination is for that article.

I'd also love to know how to move it up a bit. By default WordPress puts it at the end of the post. I've searched high and low for how to move it up because right now it's falling under my social sharing icons. If I add anything else to the end of the post (related content, newsletter signup, etc) it gets bumped down even further.

This post only relates to re-positioning the links when using the more tag.

Any styling or other modifications are not covered.

Thank you so much, Brad! That didn't get it above the sharing icons, but I was able to use that code to customize what it says, then style that div in the CSS. I think it stands out more now!
